STRENGTH CLASS

The strength class is designed to correct and strengthen our primal/functional movement patterns, being the squat, hinge, push, pull, walking gait and rotation control.
The class will be run on a continual 6 week phases of different style of strength so all strength protocols are met and avoids any plateaus in progression.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CIRCUITS

The strength and conditioning circuit class is designed to learn and work some different foundational human movements with a variety of training tools and methods.
If you’re new to working out or unfamiliar with certain exercises, you’ll have plenty of time to master the technique before it’s time to move on. If you are confident with how to perform all exercises, you will have plenty of time to work them to the best of your ability at an intensity that suites you best.

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS

The functional circuits class is designed to learn or work some different functional training movements with a variety of training tools and methods. If you’re new to working out or unfamiliar with certain exercises you’ll have plenty of time to master the technique before the time is up for that station, or if you’re confident with the exercise you’ll have lots of time to work it at an intensity that suits you best.

FITNESS

Fitness is a hard and fast cardio circuit that’ll have muscles burning and lungs working. Almost half of the hour session is a big warm up making sure our bodies are as stable as possible and tendons are ready to reduce injury risk then there’s 30-40 minutes of fast-paced fitness!

MOVE AND PLAY

The move and play class is where we experiment with our bodies freedom of movement and bring back the youth in how we move ourselves. Doing various bodyweight movement like calisthenics and gymnastics you’ll discover how challenging and fun it is moving only your body.

GYMNASTICS

Have you ever wondered what life is like upside down?
This is a fun and challenging class that is suited to all ability levels. You will learn from a professional gymnast how to stand on your hands and swing like a monkey!

PREHAB

Want to learn a bit about the human body and how to take care of it?
Prehabilitation, or Prehab, is a proactive approach to avoiding pain and injury. You’ll build strength and stability around your most vulnerable areas, while improving mobility, balance and joint function to decrease the potential for injuries.

FAST FITNESS

Fitness is hard and fast cardio workout unlike any other cardio workout you’ve ever done… Guaranteed!!
Cardio is generally boring and very high impact with high injury rates, but this class still stays within our vision of injury prevention only training.
We don’t want to give to much away, but this class is extremely fun and challenging, you will leave with a smile, surprised/shocked at what you’ve just done and will return to the most interesting form of cardio.

SOCIAL SATURDAY

A completely different workout to the rest of the week that will really test you but also designed to not over exhaust you and leave you wrecked for the weekend.
